My daughters’ dark dealings

שו”תCategory: HalachaMy daughters’ dark dealings
asked 3 years ago

I learned that my little daughter had made a shady deal with the neighbor’s children.
She takes some of the passion fruit and in return they come and jump on the trampoline.
But it’s not fruit because the fruits are useless because it’s a shemita.
Because even so, I take as my heart desires.
What to do?

Well, you’re a tough guy. Your little daughter’s transactions do not bind you. Beyond that, if the fruits are abandoned on their own, then you really have no benefit. But if there is a duty to abandon them, then there is room to discuss benefit. And if you abandoned them, you can still collect the fruits and in any case, you have the right to give yours to others. And your daughter is exempt from the mitzvot even if she did so in a forbidden way.

It's okay to confuse the mind with a difficult question. But why bother us five times with this question?

It was pressed by mistake.

In my opinion, this is not a scam’
Shmita is a nutricon, neighbors are exploiting, there is a trampoline
Enough with the exploitation.
This is the devil's playground, why would they come to the trampoline that is not the devil's playground?
