Parapsychology and intuition
Hello Rabbi,
In the series of lessons, the Rabbi said that in parapsychology there is one study with strong significance and validity, regarding “the feeling that someone is watching you.” I couldn’t find it, I would be happy if the Rabbi could point me to a link or source.
Another question on another topic, the rabbi said that therapists have referred people with OCD to him to help them. I think there is a possibility (also from my personal experience treating people with OCD, and on myself) to treat mental disorders through philosophy. Although it is not of interest to her, it can be used to dismantle the mental failures that underlie a significant portion of the disorders. Does the rabbi know anything about the subject by any chance?
Also, how did the rabbi help them, if I may ask? In what way?
Thank you very much.

I don’t remember the source. I think these were Rein’s experiments in the 1930s.
I don’t know, although it sounds very logical to me. I didn’t treat them, but only answered questions about faith and halakha that were obsessively bothering them. The person who referred them was a psychologist, a friend of mine, and he treated them psychologically.
I understand, thank you.
Regarding Raine, they were unable to replicate his research and pointed out serious flaws in his research.
I think that's what I knew. But it's not about the feeling of someone watching you. Maybe that was a different study.
And the research on the feeling that someone is looking at you? Is there a source for it? Just curious.
Thanks, good evening
Your question reminded me that I saw something like this once, but I don't remember where.
I understand, thank you.
