Consultation in connection with God
Hello Rabbi,
I am about to start studying for a degree after studying in a Heder yeshiva for five years, and I am looking for a post-yeshiva study. I love studying Jewish thought and philosophy and would like to set a long study project for myself (several months, even longer) that will give me a sense of creation and closeness to God. Does the rabbi have an idea of what kind of project I could take on?

I have no idea what gives you a sense of creation and closeness to God. Only you know that. For me, it’s important to study valuable learning regardless of the feelings it creates in you. In my opinion, areas like Jewish thought are almost the furthest from my concepts of valuable learning. But of course many disagree with me on that. Good luck.
