Hello,

I hope you have a pleasant holiday.
My name is N., A. referred me to you. My father recently discussed the Toshba with him, mainly around the question of whether the Toshba is of divine or human origin. Hence, A. referred us to you, claiming that you could prove the divinity of the Toshba and prove us wrong. Therefore, we wanted to see if we could schedule a meeting and discuss the matter. Zoom may also be suitable, but the priority is a face-to-face meeting.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Happy holiday and all the best.

I can’t prove such a thing. It’s a question of judgment, not of proof. Beyond that, I truly believe that the vast majority of the Toshabeh was created over the generations and was not transmitted from Sinai. So there is nothing to prove here. I don’t understand the question of whether it is divine or human. Do you mean that it was created by G-d? That’s nonsense. It is the work of human hands. But all of this, of course, does not mean that it is not binding.
