Question about Sanhedrin
Rabbi Shalom Rabbi
A Sanhedrin 88, page 2: The issue of the ten men who killed him, Rabbi Yochanan says, and both of them taught from the same book, etc.
Rava said, “All agree, etc.” And it is difficult to see what Rivab and Rabbi Yochanan disagreed about in the interpretation or in the verse. See Yad Rama, who wrote that Rabbi Yochanan and Rava disagreed about whether Rivab and Rabbi Yochanan disagreed about in the interpretation or in the verse (and see Tos, apparently not so). And it is difficult for me to see that Rama, that is, to say that Tanay, “Tana, six times six”, etc., because every soul will be struck, etc. And it is proven as Rabbi Yochanan disagreed about in the verse and how Rava flouted the Mishnah (and Tanay, certainly, means the Mishnah or the actual baraita) and it is proven as Tos.
B. Sanhedrin here, page 2, in the mishna that strikes his father and mother, etc. Another verse 16, and what blow did he inflict on him that was not in your people, etc. He left it to Rabbi Yonatan, etc. From the above, it is difficult for me. Perhaps Rabbi Yosiah learned from the verse 16, Datana Debarita, and Datana Demishna Peleg (see Rashi). I study in a yeshiva and now in between times and I have time to study, and some of the rabbis did not know the answer, but mostly ignored it (I have to mention to the credit of the rabbi that you have restored my desire to study Gemara after a long time that I did not study).
Thanks in advance.
A. I don’t have time to go into the issue now. On the face of it, there is no reason to disagree with a baraita in explaining the disagreement over the Tannaim. We found this in Shmuel, who proved that the Pikku rejects Shabbat from the source, against all the Tannaim, in the daily commentary, and so on.
B. I didn’t understand the second question. He is being made difficult because the commentary in the baraita does not agree with his view.
