Differences between Torah law and secular justice of the peace
peace,
Are there differences, for example, between Jewish and rabbinical law compared to Israeli and civil law? For example, in the field of torts, will the ruling be different? If an animal is worth a hundred and the damage to the animal is worth twenty, how much money will the defendant be obligated to pay? I saw that the Rambam appears with the concept of half damage, which is 8 because the body is worth 4.
Is there a difference in secular law?

I would be happy to learn about the differences in both the classical and new areas of regulations.
I believe that there is something sacred about it to realize that there is an additional justice that needs to be found in Torah law.
If so, I recommend that you go through the books of Hebrew law and read them all. Good luck.
I only warn you in advance that you will not find great Kiddush Hashem there, because there is no more justice there, but less justice than is customary. And the Rabbi has already emphasized this in his sermons (Drush 11) and in the Rabbis and others. See also my articles “Is Halacha Hebrew Law” (also found here on the site). And this is not a flaw in the halachic system, since its goal is not only justice, and that is why.
