Morals and Halacha

Rabbi, I am trying to summarize the opinions that emerged from your lesson regarding morality and halacha:
A. The Chazon Ish (allegedly) and Leibowitz – There is only halakhah without any morality and there is no need to include morality in the halakhic consideration
B. Rav Kook – There is only morality and the Torah is actually the highest moral embodiment
C. Maimonides – There are moral commandments in the Torah, Halacha, and there are also religious commandments – a mix within the Torah
D. Rabbi Shimon Shkop – ? Where does he stand?
the. Haran Drush Ya and the Rabbi’s opinion – two completely different categories that must be considered when there is a crisis of urgency, one after the other.

Rabbi Shkop does not say anything definite. He believes that there are binding rules before the halakha. That is, in his opinion, the halakha does not include all morality and obligations. This is certainly not Leibowitz (although in my opinion Leibowitz meant God) and probably not Rav Kook either.
