kashrut

שו”תkashrut

There is an Arab hummus restaurant.
There is a pot with which you cook the hummus.
There is a specific blender used to make the hummus, and all the ingredients are kosher. In terms of tools and the kosherness of the products, everything is definitely kosher.
Is it possible to make things easier for non-Jewish people? Is there anything to rely on?

There are quite a few kosher issues that could be there. Regarding Gentile cooking, it is not eaten raw and in my opinion it is above the table of kings and therefore prohibited.

Transfers here:
What problems? I was there
And I saw exactly how it is prepared and what the tools are and what the recipe is.. A utensil that is intended for cooking hummus
And then the utensil with which the hummus is prepared is a utensil with which hummus is prepared only and the ingredients are kosher. So what problems?

My answer:
Tarum and foreskin, worms, the knife used, pitas and more.

As for the hummus grains, it's the same variety and bag that's in the Mehadrin hummus. What knife do you use to cut it? And no pitas..
In short, before I converted, I was a hummus lover and it's quite a craving for me.. I checked that hummus and indeed, in terms of kashrut, it really can be relaxed.. Only the issue of cooking for non-Jews prevents me.. I wish there was some kind of relaxation. It's hard to subordinate one's will to the decree of the sages who decreed by virtue of their authority and I have to lower my head and give up..
Apparently it's part of serving God..it's hard..

I meant the knife used to cut vegetables next to the hummus. There are also kosher hummus, and I hope this will be the hardest fight you will ever have.
