Is it permissible to pronounce God with ‘ה’ (instead of ‘כ’), and is it permissible to say this when referring to the name of God, the Blessed One?

Cults are permitted. Only the name of God is forbidden to be profane (the law states, “You shall not do so to the Lord your God”).
But you probably meant “to write.” When it’s with and, it’s not the name of God. It is permissible to say and write the names of God, but they used to avoid it for fear that it would lead to contempt.
