Recommendations
Hello Rabbi.
The Rabbi often recommends Borges, which of his books does the Rabbi recommend? I would like to ask what other writers the Rabbi recommends.
thanks
Happy Holidays

There is value, since I liked the recommendation about Borges, so I'm sure there are other good recommendations.
Thank you Rabbi
Crime and Punishment. Anna Karenina. Elsa Morante (especially ‘These Stories’). Howard Fast (lighter literature. Historical novels). Hemingway. John Steinbeck. I also really like Judy Pico, even though it is considered a kind of flight book. In my opinion, not at all. She has fascinating psychological insights. All of her dozens of books are excellent in my opinion.
There are many more, but I will stop here.
The psychologist in my shekel thinks that your modesty is blocking your field of vision, and therefore you see no value in your recommendations.
You simply cannot grasp that people see you as an example and want to be like you (because my Zosha is jealous of your Zosha), so they ask about your recommendations regarding books and philosophical development. And they are very upset by the answer ”To each his own, you will be reborn…” etc’ 🙂
I hope that I, the Holy One, will succeed in causing a change.
Not only that, but many of the people who come here also share similar lines of thought with the Rabbi, and it is likely that the Rabbi's recommendations will suit them and he will be able to contribute from his experience. This is true of many things.
