I didn’t understand the question.
How do you hold 4 meals on Shabbat if there is only Shabbat evening, morning, and before it ends?
The question is not clear. There is an opinion in the Gemara (R. Chadka) that 4 meals are required on Shabbat, but we do not rule in this way. Some call the meal on Mosheh (which is not obligatory like the previous ones) the fourth meal, but this is indeed a misleading name because the meal is indeed not on Shabbat.
