Hello Rabbi,
There is a new six-episode series called “I Would Have Died” on Kan 11 with comedian and actress Adi Ashkenazi.

Adi Ashkenazi tells the story of experiencing clinical death and a strong spiritual experience, and of being drawn to the light and leaving the body.
In the series, she interviews various people for and against God and the reality of a soul, and speaks with several people who claim to have had a life-changing experience,
She asks tough questions and ends with:
“I don’t know.” Although it seems she is more inclined to believe that there is a God and a soul.

Watching the series made me think when I saw completely serious people claiming completely seriously about a spiritual experience, people who had never dealt with the soul or spirituality.
Is evidence of clinical death good evidence for the existence of God and even a soul?
However, when the “scientist” started explaining how everything begins and ends with electrical signals that explain everything, I no longer know.

What do you think?
If you haven’t watched it, I highly recommend watching it.

I haven’t observed it, but I’ve read materials about these phenomena. My impression is that there’s generally no evidence of anything because it could be experiences that are imprinted on us in such a situation. But I haven’t investigated in detail, and of course anything is possible. I suppose you can find counterarguments on skeptic sites.

Well,
People are really talking about something else.
What are imprinted experiences?

You could say that about prophecy too, right?

Adi Ashkenazi tells of an incident that happened 16 years ago and she still claims that there is nothing she has experienced in her life that comes close to the type and intensity of the experience.

Of course, they will say the same about prophecy. And that is in the event that they want to judge the prophet fairly.
