Is it permissible to ‘work’ on the car insurance company in the event of damage of tens of thousands of shekels when a son drove his father’s car and had an accident? Can they be said to be the same person since they are father and son and use the car together. The question is especially since the damage was a minor abrasion but was not photographed at the time and it is difficult to prove this and it is also difficult to believe the car owner that this is such serious damage.
