Aqum robbery
Hello Rabbi, although it has been ruled that stealing an aqum is forbidden, there are certain ways in which it is halachically permissible to steal an aqum. In your opinion, is there a moral problem with stealing in the Kahai Gevana?
I have a side that the reason the Torah forbade stealing is a moral reason (and a religious value was added to the Torah commandment…) and if the Torah did not forbid stealing from non-Jews in certain ways, that means it is okay to steal from them. In short, the moral standards are determined by the Halacha. Even though in other cases there are moral values that the Torah did not address and we must uphold them ourselves, in any case the Torah addressed stealing, and therefore it is reasonable to assume that the Torah has established for us here the moral standards of theft.

To Moti, I think there is logic in this. The simple is better. And so did Rav Kook. The Chazon Ish wrote similar things - that there is no such thing as morality, only halakhah, and the difference is subtle. Only that perhaps it should be prohibited according to the well-known words of the Meiri (by the way, Rav Kook ruled as he said here too..)
The prophet did not write this and certainly not Rabbi Kook. I assume you mean to place great faith and confidence in the teachers. Read again and you will see that it is not written there.
This is of course just a comment to add to the Torah because I am not bound by what these Jews write, however important they may be.
