Arguments with atheists
Doesn’t it bother you to argue with atheists who are a few levels below you? Except for the argument with Enoch, in every argument you were simply a few levels above. I don’t know if that says anything general about all atheists, but the gap is really big.

It seems to me that the question is as follows:
Is the rabbi angry or disappointed with the level of the debate with atheists?
Not angry or even disappointed. Not fundamentally different from discussions with dossim speakers.
To be angry or disappointed, you have to be emotionally attached. The discussion with Elam Gross simply made me marvel. Other discussions I heard were actually at a reasonable level on both sides (I'll continue with the compliments and say that the rabbi was on a higher level), but Elam was a strange story. I thought he was a smart man, even if not accustomed to philosophy, but he didn't meet the minimum standard.
