If evolution or creation is intentional, then why didn’t God create us perfect?
I mean, is the hole for food in the throat close to the one for air? That’s how we choke.
Why do animals and humans have problems that cause them to die at a young age? These are not genetic problems but processes.
Is the high something that can be understood, or is it “the hidden ways of God”?

What does that have to do with evolution? Are you asking a question about evolution (how did something incomplete survive) or about God (why did He use evolution and not immediately produce the desired result)? There is no question about evolution, because the process is not yet complete and it can still improve. Beyond that, it is always worth examining a disadvantage against the alternative (perhaps when they are far apart there is another, more serious disadvantage). As for the question about why He created in the form of evolution, I don’t know.

Why would God create something with flaws?
If he had purposed something then he would have made it precise and not incrementally.
