Recently, the Hidabrot organization launched a Bill of Rights campaign: to form a partnership with the organization’s rights (or something like that) and in any case, those who are entitled to them will be judged on Yom Kippur. What does the rabbi think about this? Is it theft?
I don’t know if it’s theft. They probably believe it has validity, and the donors probably believe it too. If both sides believe it, then there’s no theft here.
Is there any reason why such a bill is valid?
Ask them. Although, as you know, they didn't invent it.
