Congregation regulations – according to the Haredi poskim

שו”תCategory: HalachaCongregation regulations – according to the Haredi poskim

I was told in the past that the Haredim do not accept “Dina Demalkuta Dina.”
I wanted to ask if their opinion is the same about the congregation regulations, and if not – does it bind them like a halakhic decree?

The Haredim do not accept anything that does not suit their goals. Don’t look for justifications and theoretical consistency there. I have already written here more than once that relying on the Rabbis that there is no Dina Demalkuta in Israel is completely unfounded in several respects. A. The kings of Israel had Dina Demalkuta. B. This is a singular opinion that has no real source. Someone who always takes a strict approach to every halakhic dispute – for some reason here is making it easy. Beyond that, I also wrote in the past, as you said, that the authority of the state and its laws can be based on public regulations, but they choose to ignore that as well. And above all, there is also theft here (using state services without paying the required fee and without obeying the rules of the game). This is a society that is morally, socially and humanly distorted, parasitic and destructive, with infantile perceptions. The ridiculous justifications come in retrospect, and that’s how they appear.

I didn't understand.
What is ignoring?
In Dina Demalkuta there is the R”n – Is there anyone who has come out against the strictness of the crowd's regulations?
If there is no single opinion then this is a great way to make them obey the laws.
They just won't listen?

This has nothing to do with the audience regulations, when the House of Representatives consists of a puzzle with extremely different pieces, who is the audience that legislates? Who is it acceptable to?

Hold a referendum.

In addition, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef rules that there is a Dina Demalchuta Dina also in Israel, and I think Rabbi Elyashiv also

But I agree with Rabbi Michi's criticism of the bullying manner that exists among many of this public, although I am clear that not all of them and even more than a minority of those present do not include these definitions
