A mentally stable and objective person!?

My question is based on several basic assumptions that create a paradox as follows.
A. A person’s emotional charge affects their judgment.
B. Every person has an emotional baggage for a certain direction in life, such as adherence to homeschooling, opposition to homeschooling, and more. There is no need to elaborate.
C. Only a mentally unstable person is capable of coming to a discussion openly and with the courage to say that if he discovers a mistake, he will change his ways. Assuming that this was not the case for most of his early years, the person would have moved to another group at any time, and this is certainly not appropriate and right for a normative person.
I asked what the value of discussions from such a place was? And whether they weren’t meaningless discussions.
I hope I explained myself, thank you very much.

The third claim is completely unfounded. A. That is indeed true. B. Obviously. C. Not true. A person can act as he understands. This will not always happen because there are passions and influences, but he has the possibility of doing so. Evidence is not evidence, because not every day a person changes his mind, and therefore it is no wonder that he does not change his ways every day.
