Hello Rabbi, I have a question if I may.
: What is the reason that something with a special structure was not created in a Fontani manner? I saw that you gave an example like a house or a clock, but a house and a clock are things that humans created. Is there any difference? I would be happy if the Rabbi would explain.
And are natural laws something in our experience? Thanks in advance.

You are not looking for a reason but an explanation. A complex thing is rare and random creation would not produce it in any way. When you roll a die, you will not get a 6 a hundred times in a row, because it is special. It has nothing to do with whether humans created the thing or not. It is a statistical claim that has nothing to do with who the creator is.
