Halachic obligation and fear of God
Hello Rabbi,
I began studying Halacha in recent months and I notice a very large gap between the new insights from the study and my daily lifestyle.
Do you believe that a person can develop their level of halakhic commitment? If so, how? What factors can help with this?
Another question – How do you define the concept of ‘fear of God’ and do you believe that halachic obligation is necessarily related to fear of God?

I didn’t understand the question. Of course, a person can decide to be more careful. What is the question? If you’re asking about tactics, that’s a question for a psychologist, not me.
Indeed, halachic commitment expresses a level of fear of God. It’s hard for me to point to another measure. But of course we need to discuss what the halachah is that you are observing? It’s not necessarily about everything that appears in a clear Mishnah. You can have an independent position on what the halachah says, and that doesn’t indicate a lack of fear of God.
