Hello Rabbi, I accept that there is a Toshba and that the Sanhedrin has authority in these matters, but I find it difficult to understand where the authority of later Tanais and Amoraim to demand the Torah stems from, which are not within the scope of “as far as it is extended.” So why should I listen to their opinions regarding the understanding of verses?

What does this have to do with the Torah’s requirement or the interpretation of verses? The question is whether they have the authority to establish laws, whether it is an interpretation or sermon or opinion or regulation or decree. The authority of anyone who is not a Sanhedrin is an authority that comes from below, that is, from the public. Amoraim accepted not to dispute conditions, and post-Talmudic sages accepted not to dispute the Talmud. From there on, there are no real authorities. The question of authority has been discussed here in several places, and you can search.
