Dance Mitzvah

What is the Rabbi’s opinion on the Mitzvah of Dance? Isn’t this a matter of concern and reflection, at least for those who are not considered elders in the performance? I ask as a litany. Perhaps I am missing some perspective or another dimension that I am not able to grasp if I did not grow up in these regions. Here is an example of a Mitzvah of Dance from yesterday or the day before yesterday.
