What is the opposition of the Mount Moriah school to studying the Bible at “eye level” and where does it come from? In the rabbi’s opinion, is it justified?

I don’t like explaining the opinions of others, especially those that I don’t agree with or hold dear (like the people of Mount Moriah). It seems to me that there are two levels of discussion here that for some reason go together: A. Factual: Were the characters of the Bible people or entities above human nature? on. Educational: Is it possible to create true reverence for God when you look at them at eye level? There seems to be no connection between the plains, but for some reason they always go together. For me, it doesn’t quite go together. In my opinion, A – no, B – maybe. But there is one hidden assumption that I don’t agree with, and that is that facts should be subordinated to educational considerations. I don’t agree with that. Therefore, if the truth is that the answer to A is negative, then even if the educational consideration is correct, I don’t give it precedence. Facts are facts.

Please explain and demonstrate the meaning of studying the Bible at eye level. Is it really meant to be simplified only?
In any case, my opinion is that you should study the Bible however you want, the main thing is to reach the purpose of God's will that is implied by the text, even if it is not the literal simplification (sometimes).
