Headscarf for single women
Why are single women exempt (if at all) from covering their heads when they say something sacred, while men are required to?
Because for women, the definition was accepted that it was only for those who were married (by the way, there are jurists who also require single women to cover their heads).
Which poskim are also binding on single women besides the Rambam? And is there an article on the subject?
Search the web and you'll undoubtedly find plenty of material.
The truth is, I asked after searching, and the information I found was neither qualitative nor quantitative.
There is a short paragraph on Wikipedia: https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%9B%D7%99%D7%A1%D7%95%D7%99_%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%A9_%D7%9C%D7%A0%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9D_(%D7%94%D7%9C%D7%9B%D7%94)
Are you looking for a list of poskim? See Shul'A Ab'e'z Si'17; 2a S'b and Benu'k there.
I'm looking for a list of the first people who wrote on the subject and can't find any real order.
I would search in the Bible and in the first books on the issue of ketubah (Moses and Jewish religion).
