On Later Additions to the Torah
Rabbi Michael Shalom, I read (on the Internet) that you accept that some of the Torah are later additions and not from heaven. What are the sources to substantiate this opinion? The question is made more acute by the fact that it is stated that it is not known what the additions are. Thank you very much (I am participating in the Matan study class, I have really enjoyed the classes I have heard so far)

Hello N.
The sources are written in the book of Biblical Criticism. I did not say that this was my position, but I do not deny it. There are good arguments in favor of this conclusion, but I have not examined the issue in depth. If you are interested, there are books that have been written about this. There is a book by Rabbi Amnon Bezek, to this day. There are many articles and also another book of articles edited by Rabbi Yehuda Brandes and Tova Ganzel: In the Eyes of God and Man.
