I wonder if what the rabbi wrote is indeed his opinion, or if this is an example of a rabbi’s blatant disregard for the truth. Thank you very much.

This is an example of a lie. Regarding illness or deviation, I have explained in several places my opinion that this is a meaningless question. Regarding the Pride parade, it certainly should be approved in a democratic country.
