Certainty in faith

I wanted to ask the Rabbi if everything is a 50/50 doubt (for example, the assumption that there is a world outside of me is no more proven than that it is a passing dream),
Why does the rabbi even look for proofs for faith? After all, the chances that the basic assumptions {=subjectivity} he uses to discover faith are 50% greater than proofs against faith… (and for example even against my existence in the real world).
Narrally, this is a complete waste of time. I understood that the rabbi is going against my understanding of the illumination here. And he wrote books about it. I would be happy if the rabbi would refer me to his aforementioned books and of course I would also be happy if he answered this briefly.

Why does the rabbi claim that not everything is 50/50? After all, even this assumption that what we feel reflects something in reality can be doubted as creating a 50/50.
Can you explain?!
And what about the assumption that everything that can be doubted is doubted at a 50-50 level? Is that also a 50-50 doubt? In my opinion, it is no better than the assumption that what seems reasonable to me is reasonable. And in general, what answer do you expect? One that you cannot doubt at all? There is none in any field (and not just in relation to faith). There is nothing to be done with a true skeptic. I have already referred you to my book on this matter.
Indeed, even this assumption can be doubted… So we are only left with 25%/75%…
Maybe we only have the ontological evidence to prove that God is good? But even in that, we can cast a lot of doubt 🙁 ….
(And what's more, the understanding that God is good contradicts the Torah)
The understanding that everything is uncertain and temporary, doesn't it make the Rabbi feel depressed?
