Why does the rabbi perform a mitzvot?
Hello Rabbi.
I read a lot on the site and became wiser.
I wanted to ask why the rabbi observes mitzvot according to his method?
Even in the stories that “took” the reward from the Gedoyil and the Aohav, they had a desire to cling to the Kodesh of Brich. I would like to know what motivates the rabbi?
thanks.

On a psychological level, I don’t know. On an ethical level, to do the truth because it is truth (Rambam, p. 10, teshuvah). It is likely that it is also beneficial in some way, otherwise he would not have commanded it. See the fifth notebook.
