Removing something from the Torah

I think that halachically it is not possible. From the main point of view, something is removed from the Torah where the time requires it, in Sho’t and not in Ko’a. And this can probably only be done by the Great Rabbi (otherwise there is no source of binding validity against the mitzvah that the Torah obligates us to). Although it already appears in the Rishonim in several places that the Sages sometimes uprooted even in the Qo’a. There are no rules about this, and it should be a decision of the Sages of the generation according to the intensity of the need and the severity of the prohibition.
