Integrity and training

Hello Rabbi,
I heard your series of lessons on the subject of completeness and completion. That to the extent that the delta is an additional completeness (in the sense that a complete repentant person is better than a complete believer), it does not belong in the complete completeness.
But I didn’t understand one basic thing,
How is God rewarded by our actions? After all, we are not part of God…
