Peace be upon you, Grand Master Shlita.
After the Exodus from Egypt, God warns several times not to return and become like corrupt Egypt, but strangely enough, the main thing for which Egypt was punished was the height of their corruption, and this is of course the cruel slavery, is it precisely the slavery the Torah permits?

Who said that slavery was their main corruption? When the Torah speaks of “You shall not do as the land of Egypt does,” it is not speaking of slavery. Beyond that, there is non-cruel slavery that, in your opinion, is not like the land of Egypt.
