I remember that I once brought up the more halakhic article and there was a discussion here about it and the (marginal) inaccuracies in it. Now I can’t find it.
What is the problem with a woman meditating? Meditating is forbidden due to fear of impurity at night, and it is not appropriate for a woman.
This is not only due to fear of impurity. There is a prohibition on contemplation in itself, also because it leads to an act of shame and simply for its own sake (to keep away from everything bad).
