Halachic truth.
Hello Rabbi.
Is there a halachic truth or is the halachic law what the sages determine (this settles the paradox of which and which are the living words of God)? And if the second assumption is correct, on what basis do the sages determine laws? What logical criterion stands before their eyes that they create abstract laws like Shabbat or kashrut?

There is no logical criterion, as the Ramban wrote in the introduction to the Wars, that the wisdom of our Torah is not like the wisdom of the attribute and the refraction, whose patterns are cut.
