Is there a non-religious justification for the complete Land of Israel?

Hello Rabbi,
I recently read an article by Chaim Ganz.[http://tchelet .org.il=””] Regarding the validity of the argument of the Jews’ “historical right” to the Land of Israel. I will conclude that it proves (and I found no flaws in the proof) that the justification for Jewish settlement in the Land of Israel is at most to settle in the Land of Israel and not in all of Israel, as long as one relies on the argument of “historical right.”
Personally, this does not bother me because I can (as a religious person) claim that there is a divine command to conquer all of Israel. But what would my secular friend say? Ostensibly, there is no “secular” justification for the aspiration to settle all of the land.

Good month,

If you don’t base yourself on the divine promise but on historical reality, the matter is more fluid. The question is where they sat and when, and there is certainly room for compromise with others who claim rights here. Therefore, there really is a connection between the right, and in particular the ideological (not security) one of a complete Israel, and religious belief.
