Hello Rabbi
I study in a high school yeshiva and our rosh yeshiva tells us that what happened on October 7th is a visible miracle, and the miracle is that more people did not die, and I believe that there is no divine providence in the world, and this really raises the question for me: Are there any providences? I would love your opinion.

Clearly. Absolutely obvious. The Holocaust was also a visible miracle, that a hundred million did not die. Because you are his student, I will not use the appropriate words for this delusional claim.

Ask the head of the yeshiva (who is a genius and a righteous man) and our teacher Rabbi (why are you asking someone who doesn't believe this?)

By the way, it is better not to use it with the date of Ak'am (7 Oct). There are jurists [including the Hatas] who hold that it is forbidden.
