On the disconnect between morality and law

The Leibowitzian statement that halakha and morality are disconnected is without any source (I would be happy to hear if you have one) and in my humble opinion it is nothing less than megalomania (his) to make such an argument against all of Israel's Torah without a single sage (at least of a stature acceptable to all of Israel) throughout all the generations who thought so and suddenly a man arose? And what's more, the soul also cries out in the face of it and the incompatibility between man's internal morality and the Torah of God, that supposedly God came in a grudge with His creatures - I didn't understand what the claim was also from Rabbi Eyal Karim that he taught a lesson on Yafet Ta'ar. What didn't he understand? He did not speak morally or not, even to your dismay, he spoke only of Halacha, and certainly as the Chazon Ish brings up regarding the Karaites that today they are not killed because it would bring corruption and a breach, contrary to what the Rambam said in his time that back then it was a different reality that it was beneficial, so did the Rabbinate answer – which also reconciles the moral aspect that when there is a good understanding of the laws of morality in the crowd, it belongs and that it does not belong and that it is up to the sages to correct and judge or that the Kabbalah has long since said that it will not be possible to correct, just as today stoning is not appropriate and so the Kabbalah called for there not to be a Sanhedrin – and everything is consistent with morality without the need to talk about disconnection – especially since human morality is limited in its perception, understanding and results and there can certainly be a higher, divine, Torah morality that is not limited in all of these, and therefore it may also be seen at the beginning before the explanations as contradicting human morality, but with in-depth investigation it will not contradict and there are examples of this – I would be happy to hear His Honor’s response to these things
