I wanted to ask if it is permissible to bathe in the sea on Shabbat?

As long as your feet touch the ground, it is permissible according to the law. But you have to wipe the water off when you get to dry land so as not to shake it off the Carmelite. Furthermore, if there was a problem with shaking off water that was tested on the body in the sea on Shabbat, entry into the sea should have been completely prohibited because there is no way you can avoid shaking off the water because you can't shake a towel for the purpose of wiping.
