Many ultra-Orthodox, religious, and traditional Jews are becoming rabbis, not above corruption, filled with gratuitous hatred for other parts of the Jewish people.
While other parts of the Jewish people are probably less sick with blasphemy and these other spiritual diseases
Does religion make people stupid and evil?
Or do just fresh fools continue to be drawn to/remain in/the generation?

There is no side of more and less stupid people here. There are stupid people on both sides, and in many cases it is the tendency that makes them stupid. The stupid people are also the ones who demobilize the camps, unfortunately. By the way, on the anti-Bibi side, in my personal assessment, the stupidity and tendency are greater. We have entered a struggle in which the arguments and substantive considerations play no role. Where the facts are distorted and enslaved to benefit the agenda, and it is impossible to conduct a substantive discussion. This is the main problem.

What causes this danger?

*We are not disgusted by corruption

*Or maybe stupid and evil people are simply attracted, etc.

A combination of distrust in the press and the legal system, which leads to the conclusion that there is no corruption. Everything is sewn together. With a willingness to pay the price of corruption for the policies they want and Bibi's abilities. And perhaps also a sense of threat towards the other side that puts people on the defensive for their camp at all costs.
