Answer to International Relations
The principle is that the law must be upheld, including international law. But where it is clearly immoral, or where others do not uphold it and only we are required to uphold it, or where it is not really relevant to us (even if others think it is), it is clear that there is no point in upholding it. I am only talking morally and not about damage and politics.
