Childbirth sin

The Gm. in Shavuot 8b cites Rabbi Shimon's opinion regarding the sin of the woman giving birth (jumping and swearing) not only as a legend but as a real sin (to the extent that it meets the definition of "sin" for the purpose of atonement for a goat).
What kind of sin is this, that it is not certain that she committed it at all, (every woman giving birth brings it) and even if so, why is there a sin offering for speech (and maybe even for a thought), and finally, if it is clear that she will jump and swear, it is outright rape?

This is in Nidah, not in the Bible (I didn't find it in Shavuot). See here: https://www.daf-yomi.com/DYItemDetails.aspx?itemId=68796
Note that the Gemara in the vows there says that a woman who gives birth does not sin.
