Allowing vows to be broken by eating fish and cheese
Hello Rabbi. I am a Sephardic who wants to be allowed to eat fish and cheese. Do I need to make a vow to be allowed? I would be happy to explain, please. Thank you very much.

Since this is baseless nonsense, I don't think a waiver is needed. When you have lived in error, there is no need to waive vows.
