Congratulations on the regulations of the rabbis
Why do we say the blessings that sanctify us with His commandments and command us on Chanukah, or with the washing of hands and other things that we have been taught, if God did not command it?
The Gemara itself asks this question (Shabbat 23) and answers that we are commanded to "not deviate."
And what about the Harmanban method? From what I remember, he claims that it is only about interpretation and not legislation.
This is a Gemara, so it should be true for all methods. The Ramban writes about this in the first root, which is a reference from this verse, and it is still seen as a command. I explained this here in column 443.
Hello. How does this answer work? The wording is still not precise, the "and commanded" refers to the act of taking, which was not commanded by God.
She did so, without exception. The concept of reference is not as it is usually interpreted. See column 443 on this.
