What is the rabbi's position on the Jewish view that Moshe Koppel outlined in his book Being a Jew? On the one hand, it is a minimalist approach to the principles of Judaism, but on the other hand, he has already turned it into a social tradition.

In the rabbi's opinion, is there any halakhic value for someone who performs a mitzvot from the perspective of Moshe Koppel? Although he did not state that it is not true, the reasoning is a kind of traditionalism.

Define the view you are talking about. The relevant question is not about a person but about an opinion.
