That the story of 10 royal deaths is a made-up story that didn’t really happen

It is quite clear that the descriptions and poems are not pure facts.
He didn't say that, he said it wasn't at the same time or systematically, but rather it's Chazal's perception of how to understand reality.
So, it's completely simple. Obviously it wasn't at that time.
