A blessing with a name but without a kingdom

שו”תCategory: HalachaA blessing with a name but without a kingdom
asked 7 months ago

Hello Rabbi,
Two assumptions:
1. A blessing that does not contain a name and kingdom is not a blessing, except in specific cases.
2. The seriousness of a blessing in vain, certainly according to Maimonides, is unique to saying a blessing in vain in the form of a blessing, but saying the name of God in the form of praise or for some other justified reason is permissible.
If the assumptions are accepted, my question is: Is a blessing that is said with a shem but without a malchut, not in the prescribed manner but also not in the place required by halachic law, an invalid blessing? And specifically with regard to the blessing at the end of Hallel, should one who does not recite the blessing on Hallel in a skip refrain from this blessing as well?

I have written here before that the whole issue of a blessing without a kingdom is a mystery to me. In any case, it is difficult to say that a blessing without a kingdom is a blessing in this regard.
