A Gentile singer who performs in Israel on Shabbat

Peace and blessings.
In about a month, a famous non-Jewish singer will arrive in Israel and perform at a festival to be held in the north of the country. The singer’s performance is scheduled for Friday at 9 p.m. (after Shabbat begins).
I was asked to inquire for a relative (hereinafter referred to as Miri) who is an avid fan:
Assuming that no desecration of Shabbat is committed directly by Miri (buying tickets in advance, making overnight accommodations after the performance), and assuming that Miri’s participation will neither increase nor decrease the amount of desecration of Shabbat (since the festival and performance will take place in any case) – are we left with a prohibition of Ovadin Dachul (whether within the scope of Torah or rabbinic)? The prohibition of enjoying Shabbat work is relevant here? Are there other prohibitions?
It’s clear to me that in an ideal situation the question wouldn’t have been asked, but since this is an ardent fan who doesn’t routinely pay attention to the thorn in the flesh, I’m trying to find out if there’s room for leniency and a slight reduction in the prohibition (she finally asked the question..)

It’s hard to be lenient here. There is pleasure in many Jews’ Sabbath acts. This prohibition exists even if her act does not increase the desecration of the Sabbath.
