16 plagues. And Rabbi Yochanan said, “It is certain that there is no matter in it.” He believed that it was because he said, “Rabbi Idi bar Avin,” said, “Rabbi Amram,” said, “Rabbi Yitzchak,” said, “Rabbi Yochanan,” said, “Rabbi Yehuda,” said, “On the authority of Rabbi Yossi of Galilee.”

Apparently, the language of the book of Revelation is what Rabbi Yochanan meant by it, as he himself said. And Tza.
Do we find it in other places?

I don’t remember right now, but I don’t think it’s very strange. The Riyoh believes that the same Mimra that was said because of the Riyoh that he said it in his name. This is not a personal identification but a content one, and also personally there is a different source for the Mimra here.
