What is the explanation for doubting impurity in an impure person and a pure person?
We have just started teaching Shas. If the teacher has any important principles for the basics at the beginning of Chapter 1, we would love to hear them.

Too general. I will only note that his comment about Maimonides as a hypocrite is answered in Maimonides’s reply (he writes that his source for the law of doubt is from the Torah to the Law).

And in that regard, what is the logic in not learning about the prohibition against impurity?
Because these are different categories. It is a fact that the one who provides impurity is different from the one who provides prohibition. Similarly, one does not learn from Mona from Isura.
