Hananiah Ben Azur was a true prophet.
But then we become a false prophet
And pledged to die
And as far as I know in Halacha
A true prophet who sinned
For a sin that deserves death, he shall be put to death.

It is also possible.
Maybe because he was not a false prophet. He was a true prophet. What he said was indeed God’s word.
And in any case, they killed him
Probably he was liable to death

would he not have been killed?
In Halacha, there is no immunity
for someone who was a true prophet
and it seems that the Ramban gives him immunity

As I wrote, he probably assumes that a true prophet is not killed.
